Our instructors combine a variety of styles including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative, and Power Yoga to improve flexibility, core strength, and mindful relaxation.

Small Group Training
Our energetic instructor will get you motivated during this 45-60 minute class. A variety of functional exercises will provide both cardiovascular and strength benefits, ending in a 10 minute stretch and cool down.
