On February 17, 2017, I quit my full-time contract job working as a Registered Physiotherapist. I did this to take on a big, scary, new adventure with my husband. Over the past two years, we have had a vision of starting our own practice, and now that vision has started to come to fruition.

You may be wondering why we would do this? The truth is, we are doing it for several reasons but the two main reasons are for YOU, the client and for the profession. We are doing this to help progress our profession forward by advocating for the small clinics owned and operated by registered physiotherapists that share our philosophy. We want to build a practice that is committed to helping people by providing exceptional service with the use of effective treatment techniques. We want to hear about what you, the client wants. This is why we created LIFT Physiotherapy.

LIFT Physiotherapy is a clinic completely dedicated to listening and addressing the needs of our clients. We invite you to come on in, hang out a little and get to know us. We want to hear about your concerns. Maybe you want to move better, or maybe you want to perform better. Perhaps you have a goal in mind or maybe you just want to get rid of that stubborn pain. Whatever your reason, we want to know. We are here to help facilitate your recovery, to provide rehabilitation strategies, to help reduce your pain, improve your movement, optimize function and many other positive things. We can make this change together. Physiotherapy doesn’t always have to be a painful process. We are ready to get started when you are!

Sincerely,

Elysha
